Outstanding service! I rented a car for a month after our nanny totaled our car. The guys who work at this hertz - joe garcia and ashley -- are fantastic...so friendly, resourceful, welcoming, and hard-working. They put a smile on my face everytime I interact with them!

Entering and exit is difficult. Giant Hertz sign at the exit causes a major blind spot for traffic and pedestrians. Be careful.

It was an excellent experience renting a car there.
I got a 2017 corolla in great condition.

It takes me less than 10 minutes both picking up the car and dropping off the car.

You will receive a report of the car before you drive it away.
That's a good thing as you won't need argue about the millage, gas, car condition should you need to when you return the car.

Definitely will come back!

Very unprofessional staff. I was given the car one hour late and it was not clean. They took 30 minutes more to clean the car. Also a guy called Ashley was very rude. I called him 4 times and he kept me on hold for long time. Finally I had to call customer care twice to get help. It was a very disastrous experience at Hertz.
