There is no key box to drop off the vehicle and they close super early in the week end. They charged me $105 because I forgot to add $15 of gas. Never again, enterprise will be my choice next time!

Great experience doing business here. Ben, the owner, was very helpful to  me and worked with me when I had to turn the car in  early. I will rent here again!

Cheating company. Don't rent a car from AVIS, at least not in this branch. It makes an additional $50 charge after I have paid everything online. I even pay more than the receipt they give to me. 

I call their customer service, and they said they don't know the charge and no records in their system showing that charge. They can't help me and the only way I can do is to call my bank.
