My wife was rear ended so the insurance company covered us for a rental until we got our car fixed. We arrived at the rental place and waited for the first car to be cleaned. The cleaner cleaned the wrong car and brought it up front. Seemed that there were only 2 to choose from. The car we finally got had dog hair everywhere and dirt all over the arm rest area so we immediately returned it. The manager was very nice and found another car. Since it was after hours at this point it wasn't clean or topped off but was better than sitting in pet hair. Fast forward 2 weeks later and my wife calls me and tells me that she smells gas. She brought the car back home and we are now waiting for the car to be replaced. I will say that the employees and management are very friendly and willing to do what it takes to make customers happy. I do believe that for some reason though, the quality and the selection of the cars are not that great and they don't seem to be as clean as what I am used to at other places. Its possible because this is not an airport location.

This was my first time using this location and will be my last, the staff was rude some of my belongings were left in the car and when I went to pick them up half of my things were missing my phone was broken and they had my things stored seperatly and I had to keep asking for certain things. I had gift cards that were taken a folder of important work information was gone, so I wouldn't advise anyone to rent a car here!

Prompt reminder to pick up car. Upgrade offered at no extra chargewhen booked car unavailable. Quick check out. Drop back home. Staff very cordial.
