My overall experience was great, I had to return my initial rental because it was an extended cab truck vs a crew cab I was asking for. After the exchange everything was great. I would like to see Enterprise have a list of pick-up trucks on their site so if someone is looking for a crew cab or regular full size truck then you can select that option. If the reservation is done at least a week in advance the renter should be able to have a guarantee that is what they will get. I know it's hard to select a certain make but if that option could be added that would be awesome. As I mentioned before my experience was great.

Its was great service on there part. However if you are renting a car for only 3 days or so, till your car is repaired. And you have full coverage with your own insurance. make sure you ask if you have a choice to except or not except the renters; damage waiver, accident insurance, supplemental liability protection, and roadside assistance.
Some will need it depending on how well they drive and if they do not want there insurance finding out about the accident they are at fault of.
 But Some will not need it if they are good drivers and always alert  or never have gotten in a accident besides by one mistake of another driver. Which in my case was one time when he hit my car while i was waiting on car to turn. But was minor damage.
Nevertheless you will be disappointed if you come to be charged for the waiver and so forth, and find out you never really needed either of them or some of them.
I'm sure they will not tell you about the options you have fully.
Just enough to get you saying yes.
So read before you sign or initial on the line..
Everything is a gamble. choose wisely.
I was a little disappointed about saying yes to some things without fully being aware i could of declined the offers, and still have gotten my rental.
I found out once i read the receipt and realize i could have said no, which i would have.
Instead i signed and initialed stupid me that's what i get ..now I'm a little bothered that i have giving up $104.00 for a rental only for 3days I wasn't  supposed to pay for at all . because some other insurance was responsible for the bill and car, on someone else's account. The one who hit me.
Which they paid for bill to rent the car and taxes no doubt. but i had to come out my pocket for the personal things i said yes to, without fully being aware of my options or paying attention to what i was signing till i left. Lol to late now..just
Be Careful and check everything don't rush
We always take a gamble. And i know you never know when things will happen or not..so that's the risk you take when deciding.

This location has the best staff! Truly caring individuals who go over and beyond to make sure your experience is fast & easy. And they make sure any special request are fulfilled! Great place! Especially if you have extended rental needs!

Easy checkout! Exceptional value! Great customer service! Simple return! That's all a customer needs for a top notch experience! Beavercreek and Dayton Mall locations worked so well together. Kudos to both!!

Had a confirmed reservation for a pickup truck. When I came to the location, they said that they didn't have any trucks. Be cautious, despite having a confirmed reservation, they do not guarantee cars. You're better off reserving at an Avis or Hertz.
