Carlos is very helpful. Not to mention professional. They work together to get you in and out in a timely manner. He is also knowledgeable about rates and bookings.

Called ahead when arrived at Lauderdale airport to arrange pickup from the tri-rail transfer station. They said they would be waiting to pick us up, just call them when we arrived. So I called and said we were at the station and they didn't know where that was at. It's only 2 miles from the station. Then they said it would be 20-40 minutes until pickup. We got an Uber to Enterprise. When we got there, check in was very easy. I reserved a full size car and pre paid, but they didn't have a full size car. He asked if a Corolla would be ok. I said, do you think a Corolla would work for the 4 of us with 4 suitcases?!? The one thing that went right was returning the car to the South Beach location, very convenient. I would only use Enterprise again if it was my last option.

I had a great experience here however. I recently traveled with my chihuahua to Hialeah to visit my family and was welcomed warmly by the staff. 

Unfortunately,  my credit card was declined to some some bank hold but the manager here got me in with my alternate card and my airline boarding passes.

Worth the wait! I was the put into a brand spanking new car that had wrapping on still (20 miles on the odometer) 😜

Great overall rating and I will definitely return!!!  I wish I could remember the gals names here!!!

This location will Not process insurance claims Fridays,  Saturdays or Sundays. If you choose any of this days to attempt to get a rental car, go somewhere else.  This is not posted anywhere.

Carlos Martinez is complete idiot. very complicated to work with, quotes you very high always. Always looking for ways to give you hard time. I would avoid this location or talking to him. You will not get a deal with him
