I rented a SUV for easter weekend. Luis Mota's service was excellent, even when the phone would not stop ringing, busy days for renting a car but he managed to successfully satisfy my expectations. I'd recommend him with my eyes closed.

Horrible Customer Service.

Horrible. Unbelievable. They close absurdly early, and they do not have an after hours drop
box. Appears to be a clear scam to force you to pay for another day of car rental. I called them to tell them I would be cutting it close and the told me, " I have to close at 6:00 because if no one else is here I have to close at 6:00." Zero customer service. On top of that, they gave me a car with the low tire pressue signal on and less than a quarter tank of gas. Strongly suggest do not rent here.
