This was the worst experience of my life! I rented what seemed to be a good deal , I even called ahead to make sure there were no hidden fees, everything was great . As soon as I get there, they throw the bomb on me that if I'm a Florida resident the miles are not unlimited, which obviously is a deal breaker. I called ahead to make sure there was no hidden fees and they assured me that everything would be taken care of, I've never been more disappointed in a company , horrible experience.

Made a reservation and got an email saying this place is set to open around August. My trip is in July... so I called to check and got one of the rudest customer service rep. He kept pushing me to book another rental when I already mentioned I have a reservation. I then finally said I do not need another reservation, I already did it online. He replied "That's fine, I don't have to waste my time". I said thank you, hung up and now cancelling my reservation. Taking my business to somewhere else.

Oh, wow! You get what you pay for! They try to push all kinds of fees and insurance on top of their prices. The people who work there seem like they are stoned or something... But the car and the price was good.

A rip off! Make sure that you have a proof of insurance with you when you get there and also, if you can borrow a SunPass from someone before getting there, do so...  

The pushed those two things on us and, when we wanted to cancel those, they wanted us to pay to cancel the contract...

Did not have the car that i rented online and did nothing to help me even after i showed him the paperwork. They gave me a Nissan versa after the paperwork showed a Corolla. I was so tired that i took the car. They were also rude. I'll never rent from this people again. The shuttle driver was very respectful which is why i am giving them two stars.
