The service at this location is always nice! Employees are pleasant and helpful but it is always crowded so there's a wait.

Airport Hertz, in contrast,  was a horrible experience,even tough it was confirmed and paid for 5 weeks in advance.

I will say this is the worse place to rent a car. The manager Chris does not spend a minute to explain the paper work .at the end you get charge with thing that you don't even know you should pay from your pocket.
I do not know how a company let somebody like Chris be a manager or employ person like him, his coworkers have the same opinion, he is vulgar, rude, uneducated and has not respect for the costumers.
I will never rent a car with Hertz and I will advise my insurance company.
I put one star because was the only way to post but  they have 0

I use this location often and the prices are competitive, the staff helpful. The hours of operations are another matter...

This is by far the worst car rental location in America, it gives Hertz a bad name. The location had added a "$100 delivery fee" and there is no mention of this prior to picking up the vehicle. This seems to be a cash grab because there is no way of knowing that the car is being delivered from somewhere else. I have tried to speak with the manager Chris at this location and cant believe how rude I was being treated and spoken too. As a loyal Hertz Gold member I expected much better customer service. Go with any other location or company.
