Not bad for my first rental experience. I was going on a day trip for work, and decided to rent a car due to not wanting to drive mine a couple hundred miles away. Reserved the car online, and although the car I was really hoping for wasn't available (Chevy Tahoe) Ashley called me to let me know that and give me some other options. I ended up with a Ford Excursion, and she was nice enough to only charge me for the Tahoe. All in all it was a good experience and comfortable ride. The only weird thing is that I was going to reserve a car from Enterprise in Merrimack, NH but Milford was more convenient, and yet Milford was way more expensive for the same vehicle?

I have rented from this location before without any problems, but my experience this weekend was poor. I've booked Premium with Enterprise before and have a Dodge Charger and a Ford Taurus, both of which were great cars, and deserving of being in the Premium category. This last weekend they gave me a Nissan Altima S, which seemed okay at first, but then I realized I'd been duped. At best it was a full-size, but was not as comfortable or as quiet on the highway as I would expect. I think I've been "bait and switched" ... I've ordered a Premium car and they've given me a car from the class below (i.e. Full-Size). I'd like to warn others about this location ... they're ripping you off!!
