This place is great. I came from a body shop near by, they picked me up and I walked in, door held by a gentleman (not sure what the name was)greeted first right away by a woman named Lan ( like Mulan ) going further into my rental I discovered my rental package wasn't done pending, so there was nothing I could do but to pay out of pocket. I'm under the age of twenty-five so, as you may know, it's hard for someone my age to get into a rental car. But Terrel made it so easy, and explained everything in such detail I literally had not one question as I left. I asked for a drop off home after I returned my vehicle two weeks later. I was 5.6 miles from home ( my return desitination) and they usually don't take customers out so far but again an exception was made for the customers satisfaction. And you all hit the nail on the head! I'll continue coming here and recommend this Enterprise to anybody dealing with any vehicle needs.

Absolute worst customer service ever! The lady who was filling out the paper work for our rental at the office spoke with a rude tone and wouldn't allow us to respond. Our issue was that our insurance DOES cover rental cars, but they refused to acknowledge it because they suggest buying their insurance anyway. We called our insurance again to confirm that our insurance was all we needed and I explained that to enterprise and showed them an email, but they refused, insisting that we buy their insurance. This customer service experience wouldn't have been too bad if it weren't for the fact that the lady spoke with the nastiest tone instead of explaining her reasoning. I don't plan on going through this again.

I used Enterprise today and was so happy with Lisa, who picked me up at the Collision Auto Center and was so helpful to me. I really appreciated her awesome attitude and professionalism. Great thanks to her!

Staff was nice. Company's policy 'CC owned by Driver' is a bit lame. I could not rent from them because of said policy.
