Staff at the 2130 N Kolb Road are great. Alison White is a fabulous person, she is considerate and when she found out that I had some problems getting to the office on time, she called me and came up with a solution that made it so much easier for me. That was beyond what she needed to do - I did not ask for the special treatment, I wasn't even a repeat customer. I was just checking to make sure that what I planned to do would be OK with them. Thank you Alison (and Raul), thank you Enterprise - you are a lot people oriented than the others.

These folks are awesome!  When I needed a car on short notice, they pulled one in on Christmas Eve.  When other locations wouldn't help, Alison, Kyle, and Ravi pulled out all the stops and made it happen.  Without their efforts, I would not have been able to travel to be by my father's side when he passed away.  Incredible job by all three of these folks.  I'm now a permanent Enterprise user!

Highly recommend this branch! Raul (sorry, if I misspelled your name! =) went way out of his way to cut down the costs that my insurance company was unwilling to cover. Very impressive customer service! Thank you!

Roger, the site manager, always has our order ready to go.  His staff is very new.  They were spot on professional, detailed and had a positive demeanor.  They reflect his excellent servant leadership.  My office, Junior Achievement, only rent our cars from Enterprise and specifically, this location.
