Good service, but make sure your tank is full before you leave the lot.  I called them and told them the tank was only half full when I left the lot, and they simply said "yes, just fill it to the exact location when you return the car".

I'm changing my review from five to three stars.  After my most recent rental, I called the office and asked to speak to the manager (who is new -- Unfortunately, they lost John Paul Padilla).  The gentleman who answered the phone told me he was busy, but he'd leave him a message to call me back.  He never did.  A week later, I called again and reached the manager.  I asked why they charged me an extra $30 for the weekend to add my partner as an additional driver.  He explained that if we were spouses, there wouldn't have been that extra charge.  I asked what the rationale for that was -- they made a copy of my partner's driver's license and I signed the form making him an additional driver, so why does it matter to Enterprise whether we're married?  He told me he'd ask at his upcoming regional meeting and call me back.  He never did.

Old review:

I've rented from this office four times and will rent from them again.  The service is stellar.  They go above and beyond to help.  The cars are nice, clean and problem-free.

Staff was very fast and accurate with their system. Staff  had extensive knowledge on Tucson's tourist sights and surroundings.  Staff was very courteous and the manager, John Paul Padia, was very helpful, organized, knowledgeable, kind and systematic.  I've rented from two other Enterprise locations in Tucson and the Speedway location was by far the friendliest and most helpful out of the 3 locations I've utilized.
