I've been through hell and back trying to rent a car to take my sister to college out of state and most places would not accept me. These guys here were very helpful and i got a great price as well. The representative who helped me out was Raul and he was very helpful and professional and took the time to listen to us. Definitely deserves all 5 stars

Customer Service Agents are very knowledgeable and courteous they don't try to slip in any hidden fees. Unlike the store on Tucson Blvd. I plan on using this location from now on. They are the BEST!

Got car online, next day went in and the car was ready. The young man was very courteous and attentive. I was very stressed and his friendliness helped to calm me. Everything was quick and painless. When I returned the vehicle, it was the same. Friendly, fast and courteous. I will definitely be back. 😁

I was thinking of a 1 star but will push myself. To give it two . I got there at 11 am .was told to wait for one ahead of me. After two more ppl were taken care of. I was told to come back at 4pm. At 4 15 raul called and asked if I wanted the car. I was enroute at the time so he said that he wouldn't give to someone there.  I arrived and wad told to wait for 3 more ppl. I finally left around 5.15pm. I guess I was the wrong color to be given prompt and curious service. It was not a great experience and raul will not be coming to my birthday party.

I have been using the Valencia site in Tucson for many years.  They are great people who know how to take care of a customer.  I have never had a problem with them and will continue to use them for my rentals.
