Seamlessly easy. They picked me up at my office and gave me a clean new Hyundai Sonata. Check out and return were handled quickly and courteously. Love this company!

Everything with my rental went fine, until I was charged for the insurance coverage, roadside assistance, etc that I had declined. I called on a Monday and was told that the charges would be refunded. I called back on Friday, and was again told that it had been taken care of and that the refund had already been processed. I waited until the following Friday, called my credit card company to make sure that there wasn't a refund being processed, and then called corporate Enterprise to find out that no refund was in their system either. So I called back and asked to speak to the manager - who turned out to be the same individual I had talked to previously and who had claimed to have processed my refund 2 weeks earlier! Still waiting to see if the issue is finally resolved, but I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

I keep coming back to Enterprise so  I think that says it all.   I have not had a bad experience with your company at any location.   Matt & crew in Tucson are great, in & out quickly.   Pam at Tucson airport is( A- OK in my book.  Will be back to see you in the future, ENTERPRISE is my rental  car company.   Sincerely, Rod Bates
