The car is in good shape, customer service was so so. Got a good deal so it's ok.

First off: this isn’t at the airport. It’s 1/2 mile away. So be prepared to get a shuttle here. It’s not as easy as the other rental car agencies. 

Secondly, the customer service here is absolutely terrible. Very argumentative and disrespectful. 

My advice: rent a car from one of the agencies that’s actually at the airport.

Well this won't let me post ar review unless I give then one star, in my opinion they're not worth that. I made a reservation on line and they said nothing of needing a major credit card, but low and behold when I got there guess what they asked for.

Off airport was slightly inconvenient but not a big deal.
Clean car.  No complaints

Shuttle not too inconvenient. Very little selection of cars.  Originally given a camaro with no back seat. The agent mumbled a lot when checking in so I didn't hear that he was adding extra protection I didn't want. Unfortunately I signed the contract so got stung with nearly double the charges when returning the car. Be warned to listen very carefully to him and read the entire lengthy contract before signing as they could sneak in extra charges. I won't be rushing back to rent here or from Thrifty in general again because of this sour experience.
