Great Staff, Service, and Vehicles!

I use this location many times a year.  I don't even bother checking the other companies, even if it's slightly less price wise.  The excellent staff at this location makes all the difference for me.  If I've ever had an issue, which is hardly ever, they have been extremely accommodating.  

Sometimes the car selection can seem a little slim, but that is because they are so popular. However, if you are a frequent business traveler, "Go like a Pro" and become an Emerald member and you will have no problem getting a great vehicle, not to mention, great service!

Update: The car selection has improved since the original post!

Greatest selection of cars out of anyplace I've been. I had a 4 series BMW, hardtop convertible but it had gum smeared on the passenger side roof witch I didn't see until I got to my hotel and put the roof up. Plus the inside wasn't as clean as it should have been and the windows were covered with water spots. Just need to do a better job overall cleaning

The National program continues to impress me.  Picked up my car in Tucson, the agent at the Emerald booth got me into a great infinity Q50 in about 2 minutes and I was on my way.  Definitely a premium upgrade, a pleasure to drive.  Dropped it off in Phoenix, no surprise charges, fast check-in, and the attendant made sure I knew exactly where to go, which shuttle to take back to the terminal.  Outstanding!

Friendly and courteous staff. Best experience at a car rental. First time in Tucsan and they made my trip that much nicer. Definitely will be my first choice from now on. Brava National!

First time for me using the Emerald Club. I liked having vehicle choices. The representative even went next door to their "sister" car rental company to find me a good vehicle option since National was very low on available inventory.  Check in and out was very quick as well.
