I ALWAYS RENT FROM HERE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.. EVEN THO ITS 45 MINS EA WAY FROM MY HOUSE.. AND THERE IS A LOCATION 2 MILES FROM MY HOUSE.. BUT I GO HERE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... WOW WOW WOW.. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM HERE EVER EVER AGAIN.. THE GUY THAT HELP US WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER REP EVER IN THE HISTORY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.. IVE BEEN IN CS FOR 20 YRS AND WOW... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. RENT FROM HERTZ IF POSSIBLE

Horrible business that doesn't care about customers.  My mother rented me a car to drive three hours and back to visit her because my own car is ten years old and recently had a breakdown.  She tried to pay for the reservation with her own credit card and they wouldn't let her.  They said the person picking up the car had to do it.  So, after they "picked me up" and I got there they told me I needed a pay stub and utility bill.  I don't carry those things around with me, so I asked if I could show them my direct deposit from my online banking and they said no.  I pulled up my current electric bill and they wouldn't accept that, either.  Receptionist was rude and unhelpful and I ended up without a car.  Rent elsewhere.

Thanks Enterprise for helping us. We had a problem with a non-Enterprise rental car. You didn't have to, but you gave us another car so we could get to Las Vegas. We were pleased with the way you helped us. Friendly, quickly, and effective. Thanks.

Tho is most accommodating car rental I have dealt with. Very courteous and professional. I wouldn't use with anyone else.

we made a reservation to pick up a car at 11 and didn't get the car until after 1pm.  luckily my husband had the day off and he could wait (not lucky for him, since the office has uncomfortable chairs, no tv, no magazine, no NOTHING!) but as he was sitting there he saw so many people come and go because they couldn't wait the two hours...the girl who was crying because she wasn't able to find someone to pick up her daughter from daycare and then find a ride back to the rental office, the two women who were late for an appointment that they had and had to leave the rental office and lose their place in "line" or the poor guy who was there before we were and was still waiting for the specific class of car he had ordered after we left.  what is the point of the reservation time?  Either fix the system or don't offer it.  period. 
the employees were nice.  
there was AC in the office.
the price was great.
