I love how the employees make you feel like family when reserving a vehicle. Always courteous and they have a great attitude also they really go out of their way to get you what you need even to get another vehicle from out of town. The downside is that I had accidentally left my wallet in the back of a rental and I called the customer service and told them I see my wallet in the back of the rental all they said was sorry but We can't help you they can't even call an office manager because they don't keep numbers on file. My wallet Sat in the back of the rental for 3 days before I got it back. Talk about stressed out!! They need to change this policy in case of an emergency like this. I'm grateful for getting my wallet back and I will have to be more careful next time I rent from them.

We normally have great service and enjoy our experience with Enterprise. We always rent a car for our vacation, which are road trips. The Toyota Camary we had this time was uncomfortable, the charging ports did not work, the check engine light was on nearly the entire trip and we had a slow leak in the rear tire. We were offered to stop at any Enterprise and exchange it, however, we were not close to any Enterprise in the mountains. Hopefully better luck next time.

I have been renting from Enterprise  Car Rental for several years.  I have always received quality service. I can't think of any problem I have had.  The staff has been very helpful and friendly.

I rent from enterprise at least once a month for work. I deal with the  manager Ambur she has the best customer service! I will continue to rent there!!
