Not much wait time. Weekend hours are difficult for drop off. Sure they have a drop box, but there's a sign saying that I'm still responsible until Monday? Update: Have had good customer service recently, upped to 4 star.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience just recently. I rented a car on February 1st, and was met with friendly, kind, and respectful service from one of the employees there, Chris. He is always a pleasure to see, and never fails to do his job in the most upbeat, welcoming way. If I ever have any questions, concerns, or suggestions - he is all ears and offers the most detailed answers.

He has made returning to this location, an absolute pleasure - and I can wholeheartedly say that I am once again, a happy customer.

Friendly service and staff was very accommodating, really helpful. You can also leave your vehicle onsite when picking up your rental.
