I have been renting from the Belleville location for awhile. I'm a senior who travels to visit grandchildren and family on a monthly basis. The customer service is excellent. Both Nick and Josh are very professional and customer friendly in the manner that they go about doing their job. The pick up and drop off is excellent as well. I would recommend this location.

Great experience! Josh helped us out tremendously even though we’re “Young Drivers” (under 25) and graciously convinced us to get the insurance in which we really needed on that trip. Nick, the manager, helped us with out return and everything went better than expected. The only downsized is they might not always have enough cars on a busy holiday weekend even with a reservation because thats what happened to us last year but other than that they were great.

Rented a Chrysler 300 for a week in Florida trip.  Car was perfect for the trip.  Local service was great as usual.  They were able to get me the car I wanted and they came through.  Still need to clean the "inside: windows.  I'll be back again!  rj

We always rent from Enterprise for vacation.  I reserved a mini van 3 months in advance and the day of the trip, the van was not there.  Enterprise made it right with an upgrade and discount on the fuel. Always good service.
