Good prices in rental cars i always rent a car when i go over there

This was our first time using this location and everything went very smoothly. Did not have to wait long at all once we got there to get a car and as we were making the arrangements the car was parked at the front door before we knew it. Jennifer was our customer service rep and she was fabulous and quite the professional. Although the location is a little tight for the cars we were able to maneuver in and out. These guys really need a larger location and one that they can have all to themselves. I would definitely do business with them again.

Been renting at this location since its door opened. Staff is just amazing. Special thanks to Hakim and Lauren their expertise and efforts to always assist is on point. Keep up the good work Belleville staff. Only complaint in general is the rental prices too extreme.

The car had less than 5k miles on it and the check engine light came on and the engine was rattling and wouldn't shift out of first sometimes. They wanted me to bring the car to them instead of bringing me a new rental. In the end the brought me a new rental but it was difficult to even get to speak to them as the phone was always forwarded to another store.

I have rented with this location twice and have been an enterprise customer for the last five years. Lauren P helped me both times while at this location she was super nice professional and quick which is great for me as a working first time mom. This time we rented for a mothers day trip, we really wanted an altima and she was able to accommodate us. I had to call the day before because I needed to be added as a second driver. I was told I had to come into the location, even though I had already rented  from this location and several enterprises. Little was done to accommodate me on this issue, ended up having to push our departure time back which in the long run shortened our trip so that is why the 3 stars. HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE IS ALWAYS STELLAR HENCE ME GIVING A REVIEW.
