I use Enterprise quite often. This time my car was not ready. Had to wait for it to be washed and then it was on Empty! Not low but Empty! The associate told me to go to the gas station and get gas and save my receipt and he would re imburse on my credit card. I returned the car with a full tank of gas and a receipt of $32. I was only refunded $20!  Wasn't happy about this at all. I should have just taken it back Empty!

Very frustrating they quit answering there phone before closing time and phone keeps running you in a loop till closing time
Then 1 800 rent a car is no help
They both leave you stranded and pissed off

Good to go. If one has foreign license they give car on rent, applicable as per state law. Pick up and drop off service is available.

Enterprise gave me an upgrade when they were running late with my rental. Worked out just fine.
