Tony & Joe were great, very professional, and friendly. They made my renting experience a pleasure.  I'll rent from them when I return this fall. I hope you will acknowledge their great service.  A raise or bonus would be a good way to show they are appreciated by Enterprise.

I've rented vehicles from here quite frequently and there is one consistent issue EVERY TIME... the vehicles are NEVER clean. Every car I've rented here has been filthy inside and out. The staff tries to disguise the exterior dirtiness by rinsing the car with a hose and then rushing it right out to you soaking wet. As for the interior, potato chip crumbs, dog hair, and dusty dashboards are a regular occurrence. The staff is always nice and there was always a car for me but I shouldn't have to pick up a rental and then have to go clean it.

Called the "n" word
This has been the worst car renting experience we have ever had. Please, if you are thinking about renting a vehicle from the Goshen or Warwick location, kindly go elsewhere! This is directly due to the unfortunate actions of their own Branch Manager, Tyler Wilcha. Without delving too far into detail, as we are beyond disappointed & frightened; I suppose I would say, we were racially stereotyped by Tyler. While away on business in the rental, Tyler continuously created mundane & irrelevant issues, in which I would have to answer to him for. We disturbingly received harassing phone calls each day of the rental from him (sometimes calls were 4 to 6 times a day). He left alarming & threatening voicemails & what hurt the very most, he called me a word that I refuse to repeat!!! Need I say more?
His ignorance was disgraceful. We've had prior wonderful experiences, especially with Manager Trainee Matt & Joseph. I've gone back loyally because of them & I participate in the Loyalty Program & so does my Business; however, Branch Manager-Tyler, unfortunately is extremely unprofessional, harassing, and Tyler used a very ignorant word to condescend and attempt to scare a "valued," customer. It is so unfortunate that bad management can deter the best customers (and their friends & family) & most likely ruin their own staff by handling and training them poorly. It is alarming, that a gentleman, like Tyler, holds a Managerial position. This was not OK, this situation was not OK and it is never OK to speak to others in such an ignorant, hurtful & spiteful manner.
