Updated: Since this post, I contacted Enterprise online, they have informed me they have now given a refund.

The experience I had at this particular Buena Park Enterprise was the worst rental experience I've had to date. The car itself was fine, however, I was strongly misled and the team at this office did not work to make it right nor make me feel valued as a customer. 

Here's the situation: I rented a car, I chose this location instead of the one near Disneyland to save a few dollars. When I came to rent my car, their computers were down and so in walking me through the details of our rental, they mentioned that I could get an extra insurance for $11/day. That seemed reasonable enough to get. What they meant was that it would in fact be roughly $60/day extra and they gave me every possible insurance I could purchase. At no point did they show me how much it would add up to in the end. I only found out when I returned the car to John Wayne Airport and they now said that my bill had jumped an extra $250 over what I thought it would be. I called in and talked to the manager Derek. After waiting on hold and hearing the Enterprise promises that customers come first, I was not treated kindly and was not heard out at all in this situation. Instead, I was told that I had signed it and they'd look into. I was called by the employee that walked me through it, and explained the situation, she seems to understand and was courteous. However, no refund of any kind was ever issued. Within a few weeks I went to a different rental at Hertz and the whole process from start to finish was on point.

Always a good experience even when they are extremely busy...which they are most of the time. Plan on doing things early as they are usually backed up. If you want a pick up at a certain time, ask for 15 minutes earlier. Once you get there have patience. They are pleasant and do their best.

Arrived Monday morning and realized  that's one of the busiest times. It took over an hour to get a vehicle, but it was obvious to me the staff was doing everything possible to accommodate everyone. Misguided anger was directed at them,  but remained calm, courteous and helpful. I got my vehicle as fast as humanly possible. What more could be asked for  ?

The service is good but I have comment to one employee he look like a Chinese I went to there at Buena park to pick the car and I have a reservation for compact car and I knew it's ready and available because of reservation. But that employee helping me I pointing one compact car at the parking he said I don't know where the key. And I asked the other car he said not available. And he want to give to me SUV I said what I call for compact car the he said I have to wait other car. But there is one available one car. At the parking. But later on he give me a compact car. This my first time happen to me the other branch I rent. They all good service to costumer thank you very much.

Did not like the car I received because there were scratches all around the car. I asked to change vehicle but they said there are not other vehicles available. I'd like to think they were telling the truth, but I saw 3 other cars on the lot in the same category as my vehicle.
