It was a Sunday last minute reservation.  They were pact with customers.  Everything was quick and simple. The customer service was superb. Team work and communication is the key to any successful relationship and they were a flawless example of how things should be done and can be done when all employees are on the same page. Thank you. The Solor Eclipse in Oregon was made possible in part by their service and customer care. Fullerton Enterprise helped make lasting memories for my family and myself.

This is a review for the Fullerton location on Commonwealth.
From the time of my first rental in Oct. 2016 to present I've NEVER experienced any problems renting from this location. The staff is awesome; they're considerate and very accommodating to your needs. The vehicle selection is great and you can't complain about their pick-up/drop-off service. They are attentive to issues and proactive in meeting your needs. They definitely strive to provide excellent customer service. I recommend this location to any and everyone. The Lauren's, Brian, Ellis, etc. y'all are/have been fantastic to work with! Keep up the great work!

I've rented 4 or 5 times from this location. Each time I make an online reservation before arriving for pickup. The customer service has always been excellent, friendly, and professional. Most times they were able to pick me up or drop me off with only a few minutes to wait. Sometimes the wait was 15-20 minutes, but it sure beats walking. They have also upgraded me when my requested vehicle wasn't ready. I am very pleased with the staff and service at this location. Two thumbs up, ten gold stars, 3 back flips! Thank you Enterprise for saving my day more than once!

First rental I had a couple weeks ago had drug paraphernalia and I was traveling with my kids. Second time today getting a rental I was told I could not rent a vehicle using the same method of payment I used two weeks ago and the guy Carson ant the Fullerton location was extremely rude not helpful and kept reminding me he was closing and he needed to pick up his kid when he still had 45 mins till closing, when I made the reservation yesterday and talked to the lady she said I didn't need and items for rental it's all on file and she didn't say anything about me not being able to use my debit card which I used two weeks ago. My overall experience with enterprise was horrible I will not be using your services any more.

star is quite generous. I am very disappointed that for a second time they could not honor what my family and I reserved. There are specific reasons we chose the class of vehicle we did. They have lost a loyal customer who overlooked this issue the first time, but will not today. We ended up at Avis in Fullerton and got an even better deal. We will not be using enterprise again.
