Not very pleased with costumer service here… I found it very hard to get them on the phone and after the RV I'd booked was not available, I ended up changing my vacation dates to fit around them.
When I finally did get them on the phone to arrange a ride to collect my RV, they said it was too late to arrange, even despite me not being able to get through to them for the past few days.

The RV they then gave me as replacement was a lot smaller and more expensive than the one I'd originally booked, the flat screen did not work and when I told them about the problem no offer of compensation was made.

On return, I made a mistake with the dates and received a call, as I was driving back to LA, informing me I was late. I explained it was due to having changed my vacation dates around their availability I had got confused. I offered to take the vehicle back as soon as they opened in the morning as I would not be able to make their closing time.

The following morning I woke up at 5am to get the RV back to them by 7am (their opening time) so they would have a chance of getting it ready for the next person. 
On arrival there was no mention or appreciation of my effort under difficult circumstance and they proceeded to take me to the cleaners! 
I was charged a further $782 on top of my week rental… I'd been warned there was a potential late fee, around $300 but isn't $782 a little high after all the trouble I'd been through??

I did still have a wonderful vacation, visiting Yosemite, Sequoia National park and lots of other amazing and beautiful places. I plan to go again only next time I will be somewhat more selective of the RV hire company I use.
