I posted a terrible review a couple of years ago when my daughter needed to rent a car. Things have changed dramatically! 

I reserved a mid-size SUV for 1 week. When I arrived to pick it up they only had a larger SUV but upgraded me for the original price. I extended the rental an additional week for the same rate. I returned the car at the end of the period and was checked in quickly. I was on my way in just a few minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hertz the next time I need to rent a vehicle.

John and his staff are incredibly attentive to my needs.  This team is clearly superior to any other team Hertz has had at this location.  Way to go, Hertz!!!

During my one hour rental experience i was contemplating if the employees even posed basic social skills, that thought was pushed back when I realized that my rental car was filthy and the gas tank was below half empty. The cherry on top is having a random call saying that I damaged the car. Yay Hertz!

My First Car Rental, Just left ! Fast And easy ! Got a nice run around car until my car gets out of the shop. The Car was Clean and Did not Smell of smoke. Thank you Hertz !

I don't think the people who work here can tell their dick from their face, if you call them and they tell you there is a car ready for you do not believe them cause you'll waste you time and gas driving down there. Place is ghetto and unprofessional
