The service at this location is excellent - always friendly and always accommodating - top notch people. My only complaint is something they cannot control - I wish they had Sunday hours. I often need to rent a car just for a Saturday but end up having to pay for the whole weekend. But again - not under their control and not unusual. I have had only positive experiences at this location. Update to this review - which I wrote for a prior rental. I was unaware of the "no pets" policy and had my dogs in the car for the ride home from their boarding. When I returned the car the dog hair was obvious and I was charged a $75 fee. I realize it was my error not to know the policy, but given that I rent so frequently from this location, it would have been nice to have been given the consideration of a warning. Again - I understand policy and I clearly broke it, but in their place I would have used the discretion of a warning.

My rental was great. Great gas mileage and vehicle ran next to perfect. However I had the vehicle for one week. But due to timing issues had to add a day to the rental agreement. I think that you guys should consider discounting added days to at least the avg price per day for the weekly rate instead of the normal price per day rate.

This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any car rental. Never did I expect to be treated the way I was treated this time with enterprise. Before now enterprise was the number car rental company for me but I have absolutely had a change of heart. The day I reserved my car I immediately called the Mack location to notify them that I would need a ride. The girl who answered cut me off as I was informing her that I needed a ride to tell me that they would not have any vehicles available until 10 am and that she would call me then. I understood so I said ok. The next day I waited and waited until my patience ran out. By 2:00 I had no more patience. I had missed two meetings and was low on patience. However, I knew I had to reach out and ask God to give me patience so that I could remain professional and respectful in which I did. I called the Mack enterprise and asked if they had a car for me and they did, so I asked to be picked up. At that time I was told that I could not be picked up because I was not in the location where thy pick up customers. Of course I was out done because I had never heard such and all I could hear as I was told I could not be picked up was the advertisements for enterprise saying you would pick up customers. I was then told that I should call eastpointe to have them pick me up. Again, one would think for the inconvenience of a returning loyal customer or a customer in general the company would do the leg work to make the customer happy for inconveniencing me, but no not enterprise. So I asked for the number to the eastpointe location. I hung up and then decided to call back before telephoning eastpointe. So when I called back I asked what was the distance that they picked up customer and was told within 4 miles. I thenmap quested the Mack location and the eastpointe location from where I was at. The Mack location was 4.3 miles and the eastpointe location was 3.8 miles. I telephoned Mack enterprise and informed them of such and expressed my disappointment. After which I hung up and called eastpointe. I was told there they would not have s car available until 4 pm. I waited and then called back and was told they may have s car approximately 5 but they was not sure because they were waiting on cars to be returned, which does not always happen as expected. At that point I had missed my last meeting of the day and wanted to ensure I had a vehicle the next day to make all of my meetings so I was forced to take a cab to enterprise on Mack avenue to pick up a vehicle. At this point I was overly to through with enterprise. I can't believe the service and the treatment that was extended to me. There is no way I can say anything positive about the company anymore. My whole attitude was altered with the experience that was forced upon me by the service I was given. In fact, I had a friend ask for the number and the name of the company I was renting the car from and once I shared the experience I had just had with exterprise she opted to rent a car from hertz because she needed it for a month and didn't want and couldn't afford any problems or hiccups/set backs.

Warren,Mi VanDyke loc. promised to clear up a discrepancy with credits and fees and call me back the next day with updates....never happened! When I reached out, I pawned off via a quick transfer to the Mack, Grosse Pointe loc. To reconcile. Rep there was willing to help...
