Almost good service. Rep never reconciled rate and credit issued or followed up as promised. When I contacted them a day later I was quickly pawned off with little assistance. Low level of customer service. Wont choose this location in the future.

I have been dealing with Enterprise for more than one year. They provide the best service in the world of car rental. Besides to their nice receiving of their customers. Enterprise staff are elegant young men and young ladies.in everything, their language, their way of dealing with customers. Everything is just beautiful. And I thank them for making my life easier.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this particular Enterprise. The employees are superb and friendly. This is what customer service is all about! Though the hours are not as flexible as the airport, I don't mind because it's hard to find excellent customer service these days. Thank you for always going out of your way to meet my expectations!

These kids down at the Center Line are nothing short of miracle workers. No space, always busy, so kind and extremely helpful.
