I have made reservations here several times now and they are beginning to know who I am.  The last car I rented was perfect! Fully loaded and very comfortable. The only downside, I wish they had more vehicles to pick from sometimes.

Rented a truck, no car available,  after a collision last month. Today... they took 300$ out of my bank account without authority. Neither the collision shop, Enterprise or our USAA insurance told us that we were only authorized for 4 days, (it took 10 days). So, we lose. Believe me,  the truck would have went back. I will not be going back.

Much better than other locations I've been to. Staff seems to care and not want to rush you out the door. They make it clear on what you're renting, when to have it back, and what you'll expect to pay for what vehicle. Very knowledgeable staff.

I've been renting here frequently for work for two years. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. Vehicles are always clean and in good repair. Some of the best customer service I've experienced from any business.
