I think the Manager Trainee Elisa Neal that works for the business is very rude she is running the business into the ground....The Hertz Owner need to take a good look at she for the business!! Because the Review are getting lower & lower..Bad business...Bad Manager RUDE AS HELL..I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM NO MORE AND NO FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL GO THERE EITHER!!!!VERY MAD

This branch is awful. I had a horrible experience here. My reservation was estimated to be $45 online. She charged me a $15/day rental upgrade fee instead of charging me for the actual rental rate for a full size vehicle bringing my estimated total to $59.11. My reservation was at 10:00 am and I did not leave until after 11:00 am. During my time there, it seemed like the woman did everything else but process my rental. She went to wash a vehicle and answered the phone while she was talking to me about my order. Upon return of the vehicle, she said that my new total was $103.20. She charged me a vehicle upgrade fee for 2 days when my rental was only for one day. She charged me a late fee of 2 hours at $15/hour. I asked her to remove one of the hours because when I picked up the vehicle they took an hour to have my vehicle ready. She did not remove the charge. I have never been treated like this at the airport location of Hertz. I will never return to this branch.

Nice helpful staff.  There was still garbage in my car when I picked it up and the windshield was dirty.
