Car was dirty and engine maintance light was flashing and giving me alerts during my five hour trip. Car had less then a quarter tank of gas and the vehicle I reserved was given to another customer upon my arrival. I have delt with many rental car company's and this particular one alot. Never have I had to deal with this at other locations. Not to mention the inside of this buisness was a disgrace. Lesson learned.

The personal at this location are wish i can give them 10 stars they work there way around to make sure you get what you needs if you need to extend your rental the help you out at no extra cost to you

Excellent customer service, they go above and beyond to deliver a great service to the clients.

Excessive price gouging during a holiday week. Paid $78 per day for a compact. This was at least $30 more per day than normal rates. I've used this location multiple times in the past and they had plenty of cars. My car was in the shop being repaired. Although the staff is friendly and accommodating.
