Boy, do I have a story to share;
- I prepaid for my rental a month in advance 
- was told 2hrs prior to my trip that they didn’t have the vehicle I had already paid to rent 
- I was left on my own to find my own replacement within 2 hrs....
THEN 
- My refund wasn’t coming through
- called to figure out my refund, told they would call me back in a day... 5 days later I called back 
- talked to new person who knew nothing about my situation. Was told they’d call me back that day. 4 days later I had to call them 
- gave me wrong instructions on how to get my refund, other company sent me back to them
- told me they’d call me back with more info
- next day I got a call to call another number to get the refund for the car they didn’t provide me with 
- talked to corporate office to get refund, they apologized, and said I’d get it in a day or two
- got a voicemail confirming my refund went through. 
- when I finally checked (two weeks later when I was paying my cc) noticed that the refund never went through 
- called again and was told they’d put it through again and it would take another 4 days... 

Should I believe them? 

Incompetent workers. 
False promises 
Lying advertisement 
Pain in my butt

They did NOTHING to keep me as a customer because they simply don’t care about the customer. 

No person, local or corporate did anything to make this easier and nothing to compensate for wasted time and money. Did nothing to apologize for putting my in a difficult spot when they didn’t have the vehicle their website said I was available. 

If you rent with Hertz, there’s a likely chance they won’t have the vehicle you asked and paid for, and it’ll take forever for you to get your money back.

I had the WORST experience with this location. The woman Victoria Love-Joy has horrible customer service. They told us the cost of a 4 day rental COMPACT car would be 380 with 200 deposit that would not be taken out of my bank and would just disappear. I returned the car on time and they charged me 580 the day I got the rental and 380 again the day I returned it. They assured me that they only took it one time for the amount of $380. I called my bank and they DID take 580 + 380 separate transactions. Victoria was very snotty and rude, no customer service skill and lack of knowledge about there system. If I could write 100 bad reviews I would but I am only one person so unfortunately I can only write this one. I hope anyone who needs a rent a car does not I repeat does not go through hertz!!!!!

Great overall experience.  Fair pricing, accurate information the first time and Customer Service (Lady "V") was AMAZING!!   I would highly recommend them over so many other rental agencies that did not provide the quality experience received from Hertz.
