I would rather rent a rusty bicycle with flat tires from a crackhead before I would rent from these guys. Told me there was a charge of $18 for my loaner which was covered by my warranty. What they did not say is $18 per day. Lies, misrepresentation, and misleading customers to steal money is not a way to run a company.

I needed a rental while my fleet vehicle was at the dealer for service.  They took much longer than expected to pick me up which was nothing.  On the way to office for paperwork the guy said he was going to clean it out after I mentioned the trash all over the inside.  After I went in and signed, they literally handed me the keys to the FLITHY car with a smile.  I couldn't believe it.  Then upon driving off after trying to downgrade me or wait even longer(On clock) I see the low tire pressure light is On!!  I had done business with this location several times before and will never use this one again.

Awesome branch and awesome staff.  Even on a hectic day they got me in a vehicle with almost no wait.  I've rented from this location 3+ times within the past year and this is my branch of choice.  Kam was great and he was extremely helpful

Had to rent for a bit over two weeks, due to our car being in the shop. Car was very nice, clean and well maintained.
Most impressive was that this being an insurance rental, the folks at Enterprise dealt with the insurance company, so it was a completely no hassle experience.

My company rents over 400 vehicles per week from ERAC. I personally in my official capacity with our company rent 2-5 per week. There is no middle of the road with ERAC. Either the locations and employees are fantastic or awful. The worst ERAC I have experienced is Bedford Hills Ohio. Its a large company I recognize that, with many employees and personalities,however upper level zone managers need to send "test" customers in at every location monthly to see how people are actually treated, and how employees perform there jobs.
