Enterprise is great--I use them for weekend errands and Andrew has been friendly, professional, fair and fast when it comes to service.

Update: It's been nearly a year and now that I live in Back Bay, I still only use Enterprise for all my car rentals.  I won't use any other rental company now because of the great experience starting here when I needed a car nearly every weekend.  The process is fast, simple, great points system and you're simply well-taken care of.

We rented a minivan for a ski trip from Andrew and Laurin at Enterprise in Natick, and it could not have gone better.  A+ service from the get-go:  pick up was smooth, the car was great, and the return was effortless.  Every question we asked was answered, and the service exceeded our expectations in a big way.  Need to add a driver?  We can do that.  A roof rack?  No problem.  After hours drop-off?  Piece of cake.  Thank you, Enterprise.

My most recent experience with Enterprise (2 Wethersfield Rd, Natick, MA) has been great. I was picked up by an Uber to them from my office. They gave me an upgrade for a brand new 2017 Volvo S60! They came to pick up the car from my office at the end of rental period. The staffs are very polite and their services are great! Overall was excellent experience.

Rented a car from them last week for less than one day. They were supposed to reimburse me the remainder of the $300 they initially charged my card.  One week later I had to call and remind them. Instead of reimbursing me the $233. 62, they charged me an extra $233.62.  $533.62 to rent a car for less than 12 hours and with their mistake it will take up to 48 hours to get any of it back.  Ridiculous!

Friendly, & helpful. I use Enterprise every time I visit Boston, (at least twice a year). Always a good experience.
