This was the worst car rental place I've ever had!!!!!! First it took 1.5 hours for a shuttle to pick us up at the mco airport. Then we finally got picked up had to wait another 30 min at counter. The online price was $65 I ended up paying $164.00. They refused to decline the auto insurance even though I had my insurance policy w me that stated it covered. The tolls is charged a daily fee of $9.99 instead of $3.95 like every other main rental company. So if you think your getting a good rate DONT DO IT. My day was ruined cause of this company. They also use a name of "Best Rate Car Rental" BE AWARE! Can't stress DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-The minivan was rented out to me late even though I made the reservation 10 days in advance	
	-the rear trunk door of the minivan could not be opened. Calls that I made to the rental car company regarding that never got returned.
	-the van was way too dirty and smelled bad
	-the electrical power outlets were not providing power ( had big problem when I found out my GPS lost all its battery and I was somewhere north of Portland,ME )
	-no cabin lights, which I found out several hours later after renting the minivan
	-no emergency lights ( I found this out the hard way when I stopped in the interstate, potentially a disaster situation as far as safety is concerned) I wonder how the vehicle passed the safety inspection
	-rear windows were not opening for ventilation
	-no Cruise control ( not a major issue, but as a customer I need to know what I am paying for)

Have complained against Priceless Rent A Car with ConsumerComplaints for Metrowest region, for their unprofessional and poor service as a business.
I  feel that a rental car company has to provide better service by maintaining their cars well and not just provide a car that has 4 wheels.

The rental car company denied all the charges and told me...I should make sure everything works before renting it our.

I also wanted the city would step in and take action against the rental car company for its lack of concern for its customers safety and prevent any disaster in the future.
