If I could give them a -10 that would be great. I went to pick up a rental at west roxbury. They didn't have a car available for me. they called newton branch to bring a car over. Newton brought a car that was making a weird noise when you're driving it. The next day, in less than 24 hours i returned the car and asked for another one bcuz of the noise. they told me they would have to collected my $500 deductible if they have to give me another. with no car accident, you gave me a car that you have no ideas about his condition bcuz it came from another enterprise. Now you want me to pay $500 for the repair. I had to call my fiance to pick me up.  
this people are renting customers defected car and try to get money from they insurance to fix they defected cars. Hope insurances out there are aware of this bad business.

Easy to reach by bus. My customer rep was very helpful - she located another mini-van for me nearby when the one I was offered proved unsuitable. On return, the process was very fast and they had me on my way in just a few minutes.

I made a reservation for a car through their website. The next day the office called to tell me that they didn't actually have any cars! I asked them if they could help me find a new car — they were able to find a new car at a different location, but at a much more expensive rate. I was eventually transferred on the phone to someone who told me that a manager would contact me to fix the problem: get me a car at the same rate or better. This review was written almost a week after the incident and I still have not been contacted by anyone. I would not recommend Enterprise to anybody after this incident.

Helpful staff and very friendly. They compensate not being close to transportation by offering to pick you up and deliver you home after the rental.
