First time renting here and I was very satisfied with the customer service. They went out of their way to ensure I didn’t leave without the rental after hitting a small roadblock. Decent vehicle selections, although don’t expect to get the exact car you reserve, but that’s for any rental place. Will definitely come back in the future. Wish I knew the name of the woman who assisted me. She deserves a raise of some sort.

I would have given a 5 star rating for the ease of renting and delivering of a perfect car but I was quoted two different prices for the same service.  The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was quick to acquiesce when I brought it to his attention.
I would definitely rent a car from Enterprise again.

Enterprise on McHenry ave. Is always extremely courteous and helpful. They pick you up and drop you off. They have a wide variety of vehicles for everyone. They are open from 9 to 2 saturday and sunday. Manny and Miguel are extremely helpful and so very helpful. I don't rent from anywhere else.

Hot sexy cars for every kind of person. Each car I drive is an exciting new experience. I loved driving the 2016 corolla it has hella tech. It's so modern. Fantastic fun; I fell in love with the 7 speed automatic. I didn't like driving anything automatic until I felt how right this transmission is for this car. The suspension sticks to the road and the traction control system never allowed me to slip. It has very enjoyable control. I'm so greatful for the experience. ♡

My promotion deal was not honored. Limited was over charged on my 100 miles a day. I was told 3 days 300miles. Any mileage goes over 300 will be charged. I went over  62 miles. But was charged 162 miles because I didn't used the whole 3 days of the promotion. They should credit me for returning 2 days in advance so they can rent out car to another person.
