Great customer service, amazing staff, very clean rental car, and dependable. The price of the rental was the best on town.

They seem to have a decent selection of crummy little compact and sub compact cars in stock all the time, but zero larger cars or SUVs. The employees are curt, but efficient. Their hours on Saturdays defy any reason. 9 to noon?

Nissan Sentra sucks big hairy balls! It had NO power... Windshield wipers sucked...  They just smeared,  didn't clear... It had a funny smell...  Stained seats... Etc
However,  the Chevy Malibu was almost 5 stars...  The only downfall is how the engine turns off when car stops... It clunks bad...

Great customer service at this location I rate Hertz one 🌟For the fact that they don't have a variety of cars to chose from, cars have stains every ware inside they need to hire someone to do maintenance to there vehicles they smell bad not like new ! Yes there prices are the lowest in the Valley but not worth it if cars don't met your needs and expectations. I hope my review help you, have a nice day 🙂.
