My Jeep ended up in the shop  about 6 PM and I was scheduled to leave on a trip the following morning.
I made a reservation about 730 PM to pick the car up in Turlock at 730 AM the following morning.
Upon arriving at Enterprise,  Trent recognized me and greeting me with a Good Morning Mr. Schmidt.
He then proceeded to process my car rental and was able to upgrade me.
I have rented from several company's but Trent made it a very personnel experience including shaking my hand and giving me his card as I was finishing up and said to call him with any questions or problems.
Enterprise has my business from now on, thanks Trent.

I rented two times in one month from Enterprise in Turlock and both times a very busy office (with a 10-15 minute wait time) but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great service.  I reserved a full size car for my wife and sister to take a trip with.  When my wife got home with the car she said that the low air pressure alert came on for the right front tire.  When I checked it out it had a nail in the tread and was 10 PSI low.  I called Enterprise to let them know about the tire problem and they said to send the car back to them.  My wife was already running late for the trip and could not afford to wait for the tire to be repaired so Enterprise upgraded her to a small SUV for the same rate as the car.  This was handled quickly and courteously, which got my wife and sister on the road without much delay.

Always exceptional vehicles with the quality you'd expect and a price that doesn't kill your wallet. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful and informative.
