These people have the worst communication skills. I had to get a car from them due to an incident that happened with a client through triple A. I specifically said I do not want any additional insurance charges on top of the rental because I did not want to pay anything out of my pocket. Triple A covers the basic insurance... And told them I only use my car for work on a daily. When I returned the car they charged me an additional $136.00 and telling triple A I selected additional coverage. Which I know I specifically said I don't want anything extra because I do not want to pay anything out of pocket.  I have full coverage with my insurance... And the incident with the triple A coverage was supposed to cover the rental because I wasn't at fault.  And what's worse is I was actually working with the manager, which was trying to Multi-task more concerned about her employee taking her lunch. She told me where to sign so I can go on with my day.  I was very patient and understand they were busy,  not trying to rush them...  And still had to pay $136.00 out of my own pocket. They need better management and communication skills.

Hertz is the worst company to rent a vehicle. They lie about their fees, at first they told me thru the phone that it would cost me $5.02 to rent a vehicle due to my insurance. But when i got to the location to pick up the vehicle they were charging me $201.This wasn't the first bad experience dealing with them. I truly recommend never rent a vehicle from Hertz.

I was very happy with their Service, I rented online for a compact car but they offered me Standard car with same price, Cathy was so helpful to me and they dropped me off on my return. Very Helpful. Thank you Cathy.

Worst place to rent a vehicle..made a reservation and the vehicle wasn't even available when I went to pick it up..they also charged me $150 to cancel it and a $150 to rent another vehicle. Worst place to rent from...

I had a problem with this branch, i originally rented a vehicle over the 4th of july weekend for 4 days. First, I rented online because it was slighty cheaper. I got to the branch and they cancelled my online rental and redid another at the branch for unknown reasons(i didnt bother to ask because i was in a hurry). When the bill came, I was charged with the daily insurance package eventhough I didn't sign for it online! My orignal $150ish bill doubled to $300+. I never sign up for insurance because full coverage through my car insurance. I called several times and always told that they would call back but never did. I will be calling again tomorrow and if they dont fix this problem then i will be calling the corporate office.
