The young man who took us in when we first arrived was very helpful. The computer's were down and he had to do it manually super fast and helpful it went vary fast in and out in under 15 mins. Same with drop off.

I'm without a car and it can be very stressful making sure you're making it to work or a meeting or an appointment on time. But the New Britain Staff makes my life easier. Leo was great at getting me the best deal, and the manager is super friendly, and shes always very accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I was able to pick out the car i wanted and was very satisfied with the ride to my destination and back. I had no issues and would definitely rent with Enterprise again. Thanks for your great service.

Hi, I  had worked with Phil Sarubbi in New Britain, he is a professional in every sense of the word.. Courteous,  customer orientated and  detailed efficiency is image he portrays making Enterprise look good.
