The team always provides great service. Very personable, responsive and friendly. Enjoy is a peach.  I was not impressed with the Sonata though. 47K miles and ran a little rough. They usually have nicer vehicles. Always a pleasure renting there.

If I could give 5 stars for customer service I would. The employees are extremely nice and helpful.  I had gotten into a car accident the same day and someone came and picked me up from my home to the rental facility. The reason for the 3 stars is because the first car that was offered to me was absolutely filthy. Animal hair everywhere, and i thought it was kind of funny because she had just said NO PETS.  I have a 10 month old son and cat allergies, I wasn't going in that. The inside of the doors had dirt on them... It was just bad. So of course she gave me another car, this one wasn't THAT clean but it wasn't nearly as bad as the first one. So I went ahead and took that car. Later on that day I opened the middle console to put my wallet in, there were two rotting apples sitting in there. I didn't think to take a picture until after I tossed them out. I was pretty grossed out. Upon returning, I explained everything to the gentleman that checked me in. Again great customer service no doubt, just maybe clean your cars more thoroughly.

My wife and I rented from here a week ago and we had excellent customer service from the assistant manager that helped us from beginning to end, he answered all our questions that we had, and the car was fantastic. Thank you for such a great experience renting a car! We will definitely return!

Customer service at this Enterprise is top notch. I never felt rushed and always treated as a guest, not just another number. Keep up the great work!

Every time I rent a car I have been going to this location. People are always working with us if something comes up. One thing that comes to mind is their willingness to not make a big deal out of us being lil late with the car.
