My son and I where headed to NYC  for the day and needed all the time we could get being that it is three hours from Albany. This location had us picked up and rolling within 15 minutes. Thanks Caitlin for your prompt and professional service.

I use two locations frequently. I love the customer service of the Times Union location although their cars tend to be more exspensive. I prefer the prices of the Central Ave Hannaford Plaza location although the customer service isn't pristine. Overall, my experiences have been good and I intend to continue patronizing these establishments.

Every time I have rented with enterprise I've been totally satisfied with the customer service. I've never had a bad experience renting from the company. They also have many convenient locations as well as pick up/drop off services.

Not happy. First the vehicle smelled like smoke. Remnants of smoke on the windshield (haze).  Second the vehicle's radio kept going on and off during the trip. Vehicle wasn't filled up when I picked it up. I had to go inside to the office to advise them of that. It was 3/4 full. First time that has ever happened to me when I rented a vehicle. I have rented from Enterprise for years. This is the first time I was unhappy with their vehicle.
