Thank you Everyone at Pearl Avenue Enterprise for making my long drive to/from Sacramento a pleasure! When they saw how short I was and couldn't see well over the steering wheel of a compact car they upgraded me to a small SUV with great visibility. The car was clean and ran smoothly unlike the one I rented last month from another company, which smelled of smoke and had its oil light on for the entire week- who has time to run back to exchange a car? Enterprise picked me up (on time!) at home and dropped me off when I returned the car which was a lifesaver. I spent less than 5 minutes picking up & dropping off the car and everyone was polite & efficient. Would recommend Enterprise and this very convenient location 100%

The employees at this Enterprise Location are supper friendly and always have the best customer service skills. They help me to get in and get out fast with a smile. Thank you Greg for going the extra mile to credit me with gas when I experienced a little bit of difficulty when renting a vehicle. I appreciate your help. Thank you!!

Great customer service!  The folks here really go out of their way to make your rental experience the best.  Other companies could learn from how this place handles their customers from the moment they walk in, to the time they leave.  A+ rating!

Convenient location, friendly staff, and they provide pickups and drop offs to locations close by which is very convenient.   My only complaint is that depending on when you arrive, the car selection can be very limited as they are obviously trying to rent out everything they have and they have variety.   But I don't fit well in compacts or smaller and I don't want a big mini-van or SUV, so I was stuck with a ride that wasn't too comfortable for me.

The folks here are so helpful and friendly. I was there before a busy holiday weekend and they went out of their way to find me a car and get it ready quickly. When I returned it, they were even more busy and were hustling to serve everybody. They were nice and friendly. Paul and Shelley both showed outstanding customer service.
