I was very satisfied with the SUV I rented.  I had to travel quite a long distance for work for about a week and I was given a new 2018 Ford Explorer.   The vehicle was in great shape and had more than I needed, but the comfort was great.  I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.

They charged my credit card  $190 a week and a half after i returned the vehicle. I had the car for a month while mine was getting fixed. I had told them i only wanted to put my 25$ deposit down for the 1 day of insurance and the next day I called and told them i did not want the insurance anymore. I had to get the car checked out before the insurance came off  (they did NOT tell me that. The lady said just come on in when you can and well get it settled for you) I would not recommend this place. They came up with all different excuses why i would not receive a refund. If you do go through them...WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL CLOSELY!!

Rented out a 2017 Cadillac xts while my car was getting fixed, the guy asked us if we wanted to do insurance we told him we'd do one day and then we would let him know if we wanted it any further. Next day we called told them we no longer wanted the insurance because my car insurance covered my rental car. Well they told us to bring the Cadillac in so they can look it over, wasn't able to bring it in for roughly a week and was charged $190 for that week of insurance that's $25 a day plus 10% tax for insurance and I wasn't charged this until about a week or so after I returned the car that I had for about a month. So if you no longer want insurance id recommend going in and get it taken care of fast because they will charge you and calling and canceling will not work!

The rental pickup and return process were very good. The location hours could be extended to help with pickup timing. The big disappointment was in the rental vehicle itself which was an older standard-sized vehicle with light colored fabric which was considerably stained and had burn holes in it from cigarettes. Overall, I enjoy Enterprise, but am not pleased with vehicle cleanliness.

Updated review****I've been usng Enterprise for two years now and am still very satisfied with the company, the service, and availability of cars they provide customers. The rewards points are awesome, in that I've literally had two free weekend rentals already.**** 

I've had a few recent experiences with car rentals from Enterprise, and I was extremely satisfied with the service, the attention, and genuine interest in their consumer's (me) needs.  Very friendly staff, accommodating our needs while offering great cars and even better service.
