I rented a car one way to Stamford,CT. The agent at Green Bay airport was very helpful and I even got a free upgrade to a van from her, which was great, since I had a lot of luggage to move and a small Scottish terrier for my daughter.
After a long drive, winter conditions and heavy traffic I had a misfortune to  scrape the side of the van in the underground garage. 
Here comes the part which deserves zero stars. The personnel of the local Enterprise branch in Stamford. Most unhelpful people one can imagine. My original place of return was White Planes airport but due to very poor road conditions, very dense fog, I kindly requested that they allow me to return the van in Stamford. Initially they declined until I asked that they call Green Bay branch. The same person who gave me the keys was again extremely helpful and basically dealt with the whole situation including the damage. The agents in Stamford did all they could to make my life difficult and Green Bay agent just cut them off and took the case in her hands. I was and still am very grateful for that. 
So I give five stars for Green Bay and zero for Stamford.

Car was clean and preform well.
Drove 1500 miles that week.
No worries 
They were short on car but offers free up grade which was nice.

Rented a vehicle at the Green Bay airport.  Very customer oriented and the vehicle was great.  I appreciate Enterprise; they seem to be focused on delivering a strong customer experience.

Mini Van was in good shape and nice to drive.  The only minor complaint was that the windows were pretty dirty on the inside that made it hard to see the side view mirrors while driving.  The rest of the vehicle was spotless.  Pickup and drop off at different locations was very quick and efficient.  Desk staff was helpful on where to eat locally which is always a plus.  I will certainly use Enterprise again.  Thank you for a pleasant experience and good customer service.
