On 8/7/17 tried to contact this business several times before anyone would answer, I called after opening hours and left messages. No one returned my call. My wife and I are from out of town and needed a vehicle. This was explained in the message I left. No one called. After several more tries, I finally spoke to a woman. She told me her manager would have to speak to me and she would return my call in a few minutes. Well, minutes passed and an hour passed, NO CALLS. I can understand if there were no vehicles available, but just to out and out lie to someone is uncalled for. I'm sure other people may have had good service from these people but, I haven't. I don't buy the fact she was busy or forgot. She is the manager and is responsible for that office. From time to time we have used Enterprise but, not anymore. I just hate to be lied to.

They were early to pick me up and were very helpful in getting my vehicle in a timely fashion.  I was able to get a good discount so it wasn't too expensive

I messed up my reservation dates and Enterprise was still able to accommodate me.  They gave me what they had at the military rate even though it was bigger.  It worked out better and ended up being a big help during my mission!  The manager Frank (Tomah, Wisconsin)is the bomb!!!!  Thanks Enterprise =)

I requested a vehicle which had to be the Nissan Maxima V6 or similar. (Long story: The customer didn't brought it back in time and had to choose a similar range vehicle) they told me "We will get you a similar car and a ""Discount"" which was totally Bullshit. I got a Chrysler 200 4Cyl which is a way gap from the Luxurious Nissan Maxima. I'm a Vehicle technician with 8+ Years of experience.  I decided to let it go to see how far they'd go. Next thing he tricked me into getting an Insurance for my rent. I did not need that because I wouldn't drive as much as he thought I would. And hardly travel at night. I was offered two types of insurance coverage.  1 - I'd pay 100$ and they will hold on those bucks till I return the car. (I chose that one) 2- I didn't even pay attention to the second because I was not interested. The second option was for them to have the 100$ to themselves. Which I did not agreed to. I didn't make a big deal because I was with my Wife. But seriously, the picking up service is good and the prices are good. However,  a little more honesty and professionalism, would be quite rewarding.  
Would recommend?: No
Would I rent here again?: No
