Hit a deer and used this company till repairs were done. They were great. Picked me up at the mechanic and brought me to the rent a car building. They kept in touch with me were extremely flexible when my car repairs got done early. They also brought me back to the mechanic to get my car. Would recommend

This past Monday, Oct. 30, I was not too happy with Enterprise-Eau Claire as I had booked my rental online the same as I had the week previous and then upon arrival, was told there weren't any compact cars with cruise control and I said I had just had one the previous week. She showed me the car she had chosen, which was a higher price and instead of being assertive on my part and short on time, I just accepted it and it was my non-profit organization's bill. Then as I was driving it the tire low indicator came on. I didn't have any problems driving the short distance I had gone, but what if it had been a longer distance? So all in all, Enterprise might be giving their employees more incentive to bump you up to a more expensive rental, just be assertive and maintain integrity on your part. The previous employee, Jake, even gave me his card in case I had trouble, while on Monday this gal didn't. I wouldn't have had a number to call in case that tire went totally flat.

Excellent customer service! Michelle, the Rep who took care of me, was friendly and professional.  Also, they warned me there was going to be a wait, but there really was not by the time all the paperwork was done, it was ready.  The entire staff gave me the impression that they work well & efficiently together!

Was treated like royalty at this Enterprises location! They sold my first car on the third rental day but gave me the choice of several premium vehicles to drive. Very friendly and accommodating! Will use them again!
