I can't complain ...they explained everything in details, and the customer service was great. The owner played football with my kids while I went through info on the car I was renting, and best of all when booking ahead early the rates are great! Thank you for yet another positive experience

I had a pretty poor experience, overall. The service by the people at the desk was actually excellent, but everything else was downhill. I had to wait an hour to get my vehicle, then was given a car with almost 50k miles that shook while driving down the freeway, smelled like cigarette smoke and had cigarette burns all over the upholstery. Will consider using other rental options in the area in the future, unfortunately.

We rented a 15 passenger van that was great to drive. Picking it up didn't go as planned. They were suppose to have it all ready to go, yet even though we were the first people there, the van was not ready. We ended up being 30 minutes late waiting for them to wash it and clean it. Then when we got it in found it was just under half full on gas instead of topped off "ready to go" so we also had to go and get gas putting us 45 minutes behind schedule. So though it was all planned out and assured it would be maybe 10 minutes once we got there to pick it up, it was a bummer. So lesson to be learned, if you have to pick it up on time even when you are the first customer of the day, spell it out for them.
